1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. piv333 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products, all regions, and all promotional contexts without exception.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age, or a resident of another jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. Individuals under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on piv333. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in the suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of piv333, nor an immediate family member of such a person, as such individuals are prohibited from wagering on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from piv333 or any affiliated platform during an active self-exclusion period. Attempting to register a new account during a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.
• Not on Prohibited Jurisdiction List: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on piv333, you must complete the registration process and open a verified Account. The following rules govern Account registration and ongoing Account maintenance:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. You are obligated to notify piv333 promptly if any registered information changes.
• One Account Per Person: Each person may register only one Account. Duplicate accounts detected by piv333's fraud-prevention systems will be suspended immediately, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Two-Factor Authentication: piv333 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Where piv333 suspects unusual login activity, it may require 2FA verification before granting access.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any balance remaining in your Account at closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after all applicable checks are completed.
• Inactive Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. piv333 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on piv333 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports a comprehensive range of local payment methods to ensure fast and convenient access to funds for Indonesian players.

Supported Deposit & Withdrawal Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. piv333 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically confirmed within 60 seconds during normal banking hours. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited in real time.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before midnight WIB are processed on the same business day. piv333 targets 99% of withdrawals completed within 24 hours.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: piv333 reserves the right to complete KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal above prescribed thresholds or in circumstances where the platform reasonably suspects fraud or account misuse.

• Declined Deposits: If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support at [email protected] with your transfer receipt. Do not make duplicate transfers before support has confirmed the status of the original transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

piv333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including a 100% Welcome Bonus on first deposits up to Rp 1.500.000, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• One Bonus Per Person: Each promotion is available to one eligible Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. • Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Any attempt to withdraw before completing wagering will result in the deduction of the Bonus Funds balance from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date stated in their respective terms. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period will be removed from the Account automatically.
• piv333 Right to Modify or Cancel: piv333 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and with or without prior notice, where it determines that a promotion is being abused or where business circumstances require it.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all forms of gaming activity on piv333, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, online poker, and crash games:

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is confirmed and binding once you receive a confirmation reference from the Platform. piv333 will not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from connectivity interruptions that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed.
• Void Bets: piv333 reserves the right to void any wager where it determines that there has been a technical malfunction, manifest error in displayed odds, or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to your Account.
• Maximum Winnings: piv333 applies a maximum payout limit per single bet and per 24-hour period, as published in the Platform's House Rules. Single-bet winnings exceeding Rp 500.000.000 may be subject to additional review before payment is processed.
• Sports Betting — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets on football, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and international tournaments (FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup / Piala AFF), are subject to the sportsbook's specific voor bola (handicap) and odds rules. Settlement is based on official results after 90 minutes of play (plus injury time), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Live Casino: Live casino results — including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack outcomes — are determined by physical dealing processes conducted by certified live dealers in real time. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not entitle you to a refund if the round was successfully completed by the dealer.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on piv333 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation, including placing wagers with knowledge of privileged non-public information.
• Exploiting technical errors, display glitches, or manifest pricing mistakes in odds or game outcomes to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other users to exploit wagering requirements, or employing low-risk wagering strategies (such as hedging opposite outcomes) to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
• Money laundering or any other financial crime involving the Platform's deposit and withdrawal systems. piv333 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and to freeze accounts suspected of such activity.
• Using the Platform to facilitate any form of illegal activity under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, to piv333's systems, or to any backend infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with piv333.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

piv333 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its obligations as an internationally licensed gaming platform. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds and may be requested at any time at piv333's discretion.

• Required Documents: Standard KYC verification requires a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National ID / KTP, or passport), proof of residential address issued within the last three months, and proof of the payment method used (e.g., a bank statement or screenshot of the registered e-wallet).

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of piv333.

11 Limitations of Liability

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, piv333's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

piv333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to piv333's Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration and identity data for KYC purposes; processing of financial transaction data for payment administration; use of technical data (IP addresses, device identifiers, session logs) for security monitoring and fraud prevention; and use of aggregated, anonymised data for platform analytics and improvement.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which piv333 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in piv333's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents piv333 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or its users.
